What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per style and color. For some accessories, MOQ starts at 200 pcs. For mixed styles or stock items, we can offer lower MOQs. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs.

How do I place an order?

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes, we highly recommend sampling to ensure the quality and fit meet your expectations. Sample fees apply but are fully refundable on bulk orders over 500 pcs.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.

Do you have a product catalog?

Yes, we have a comprehensive PDF catalog featuring our full range of safety vests, jackets, and accessories. Please contact us to request the latest version with current pricing.

Are your products ANSI certified?

Yes, most of our hi-vis safety apparel is designed and certified to meet ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 (USA) and EN ISO 20471 (Europe) standards. We can provide copies of the certification reports upon request.

What reflective tape standards do you use?

We use high-quality glass bead reflective tape and micro-prismatic tape. Depending on the requirement, we use tapes certified for Class 2 performance with durability up to 50 wash cycles.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a standard range from S to 5XL. We can also produce custom sizes according to your regional market size charts (US, EU, or AU sizing).

Can I see fabric samples before ordering?

Yes, we can send a "swatch book" of our most popular fluorescent polyester fabrics and mesh materials for you to feel the texture and verify the colors.

What is the wash durability of the reflective tape?

Our standard reflective tapes are rated for 25 to 50 domestic wash cycles at 40°C or 60°C, maintaining the required retroreflective coefficient throughout its life.

Can I add my company logo to the safety vests?

Absolutely. We specialize in OEM services. We can add your logo to the chest, back, or pocket areas of any garment.

What logo methods do you support?

We offer Silk Screen Printing, Heat Transfer (best for multi-color complex logos), and Embroidery for a premium look.

What file format do you need for logo artwork?

We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300dpi) are also acceptable for simple designs.

How long does sampling take for custom designs?

Typically, sample production takes 3-7 working days depending on the complexity of the customization.

Can I customize the fabric color?

While we keep Fluorescent Yellow and Orange in stock, we can dye fabrics to any Pantone color for orders over 3,000 meters.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for urgent samples, Air Freight for medium orders, and Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) for large bulk shipments to maximize cost-efficiency.

How long does delivery take to the USA or Europe?

Air Express takes 5-7 days. Sea Freight typically takes 30-40 days to the USA West Coast and 40-50 days to Europe or the USA East Coast.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We provide all necessary documents (Invoice, Packing List, CO). For some regions, we can offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services where we handle all customs and taxes.

What Incoterms do you offer?

We typically work on EXW, FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai), and CIF terms. We are flexible to your preference.

Can you provide a commercial invoice and packing list?

Yes, these are standard documents provided with every shipment to ensure smooth international transit.
